About the Role

Join our remote team as a Manual QA Engineer, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products for users in Brazil and India. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our product's success by meticulously testing and validating features.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans based on product requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using appropriate tools, working closely with development teams for resolution.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and new features are implemented.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management software.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Understanding of automation testing concepts.
