Manual Quality Assurance Engineer

You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience by rigorously testing our platform and collaborating with engineers to deliver seamless, human-sounding voice technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases to ensure functional coverage across core user flows and edge cases.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across various browsers and devices to validate new features, bug fixes, and product releases.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify, reproduce, and document defects with clear evidence and steps.
• Maintain organized QA documentation, including regression suites, test reports, and release validation summaries.
• Participate in Agile workflows, including standups and sprint planning, to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a strong focus on web applications.
• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, including test planning, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
• Proficiency in using browser developer tools for debugging and issue reproduction.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with accessibility testing and WCAG guidelines.
• Familiarity with text-to-speech technologies or audio-based products.
• Exposure to API testing tools like Postman.
• Experience with test automation tools.
