• Analyze performance data to optimize designs and iterate based on campaign results.
• Collaborate with copywriters and growth marketers to translate strategic goals into compelling visual narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand design with a strong portfolio.
• Proven hands-on experience using AI image generation and creative tools in a professional setting.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• High proficiency in Figma and modern digital design workflows.
• Ability to work independently, manage iteration cycles, and translate lean briefs into high-quality creative.
