Marketing Analytics Lead

About the Role

Own the Growth Engineering team and engineer the systems behind Tilt’s astronomical growth, using data, machine learning, and automation to make every decision faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational systems for real-time performance optimization, attribution pipelines, and marketing measurement.
• Develop predictive models for CAC, LTV, and spend allocation.
• Architect scalable data infrastructure to support rapid growth decisions.
• Leverage AI to analyze creatives, surface winning patterns, and generate content.
• Integrate causal inference, real-time feedback loops, and ML pipelines.
• Productize the growth stack for sellers.
• Hire, manage, and scale a technical team.
• Write roadmaps and ship v1 implementations when needed (this is a hands-on role).

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• 3+ years building systems with advanced attribution, MMM, or real-time optimization.
• Built infrastructure that supports $500k+ monthly spend.
• Ability to architect feedback loops and automation using data and ML, going beyond standard dashboards.
• Experience hiring, managing, and scaling a technical team.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with growth analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, DBT).
• Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or live video environments.
