Marketing Manager - Affiliate

About the Role

Join our dynamic Growth Marketing team as an Affiliate Marketing Manager, where you'll be instrumental in scaling our global affiliate program across Europe and influencing the strategic direction of this high-growth channel. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment, offering significant impact on user and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new affiliates within the EU market.
• Manage and nurture relationships with top regional affiliates.
• Analyze data to uncover opportunities and provide regular performance updates.
• Monitor affiliate content to ensure compliance with regional and product-specific regulations.
• Plan and execute tests for placements, commissions, incentives, and creatives to enhance program metrics.
• Develop and take ownership of affiliate-driven revenue and new trader goals in Europe.
• Collaborate with EU regional growth teams to align on go-to-market strategies and local campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) or affiliate marketing, preferably in traditional finance or crypto.
• Required experience working with affiliates in the EU.
• Proven ability to negotiate placements, payout structures, and terms with KOLs.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
• Strong creativity and persistence in pursuing unconventional partnerships.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional data analysis skills and a deep understanding of performance KPIs, including CAC, ARPU, and ROAS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in an asynchronous work setting.
• A personal interest in crypto and blockchain technology.
