Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies across various channels (email, in-app, push notifications) to onboard, engage, and retain users.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns based on user behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle stages.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize key metrics like conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and design teams to ensure a seamless and personalized user experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices in lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a lifecycle marketing, CRM, or engagement marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling copywriting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team setting.
