Marketing Operations Manager

About the Role

Join HappyCo as a Marketing Operations Manager to architect, build, and operate our marketing technology ecosystem, driving revenue growth through a smarter, faster, and more scalable marketing engine.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Chili Piper, n8n, and Hapily.
• Manage integrations between key platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
• Design and implement advanced workflows and automation for lead management, nurturing, and routing.
• Develop scalable systems for campaign tracking and multi-touch attribution, leveraging AI for efficiency.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain pipeline hygiene and improve MQL quality and conversion rates.
• Own marketing attribution and funnel performance reporting, identifying and fixing operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, reporting, automation).
• Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management and routing logic.
• Proven experience managing marketing tech integrations end-to-end.
• Highly analytical and systems-oriented mindset with a strong ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools and modern automation platforms.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with proptech or multifamily real estate industries.
• Experience building automation with tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Strong SQL or advanced reporting skills.
