About the Role

Responsibilities

• As a Project Reviewer:
  • Review student project submissions and provide personalized, constructive feedback.
  • Ensure the originality of submitted work, identifying and preventing plagiarism.
  • Maintain a project review turnaround time of less than 8 working hours.
• As a Q&A Professional:
  • Provide timely and accurate technical support by responding to student queries on the Knowledge platform.
  • Maintain a response time of less than 1 working hour for student inquiries.
  • Deliver technically accurate and thorough answers to complex questions.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with students and review materials.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the following Nanodegree program areas:
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Data Science
  • Programming and Development
• Student-Centric Approach: A strong "#studentfirst" mindset with genuine empathy for learners.
• Availability: Flexibility for part-time, independent contract work.
