About the Role
As a Mid-Market Account Manager at Fleetio, you will cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our key customers, playing a crucial role in their strategic success and Fleetio's growth.
Responsibilities
- Liaise between customers and the organization to optimize customer experience and product utilization.
- Nurture strategic relationships to solidify long-term partnerships.
- Uncover opportunities within existing key accounts and demonstrate the strategic and financial value of our partnership.
- Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by aligning products with customer goals and objectives.
- Achieve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) objectives through managing renewals, upselling products, and negotiating complex contracts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, specifically within a mid-market segment.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through upsells, renewals, and strategic negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to understand customer business objectives and align product value accordingly.
About the Team and Role Impact
This role is key to Fleetio’s growth initiatives by supporting customers’ strategic success post-sale. You will optimize customer experience and product utilization, directly contributing to solidifying long-term partnerships and the company's overall expansion. This position can be based at Fleetio's HQ in downtown Birmingham, AL, or remotely within the United States.
