Onboarding & Enablement Specialist

About the Role

This role is pivotal in shaping an exceptional first-year experience for new employees, blending human connection with AI-powered efficiency. You will design and deliver a high-touch onboarding journey that fosters engagement, skill readiness, and long-term retention.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate comprehensive, high-touch onboarding programs for the first 90 days of an employee's journey.
• Maintain consistent engagement and support through key touchpoints during the entire first year of employment.
• Introduce new hires to relevant AI tools and deliver interactive AI experiences as part of an AI-first onboarding program.
• Leverage AI-driven insights to continuously enhance onboarding processes, materials, and overall new hire engagement.
• Collaborate with various teams across the business to ensure a seamless and effective onboarding experience.
• Manage the end-to-end new hire experience from their first day through their one-year anniversary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and facilitating onboarding or enablement programs.
• Strong ability to combine human-centric approaches with efficient, scalable processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools and concepts, with an interest in integrating AI into learning and development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse new hires.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and insights to drive continuous program improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment across different time zones.

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a remote-first position, open to candidates located in the United States, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada. This is a full-time, permanent, exempt role.
