About the Role

Join our mission-driven team to guide and support healthcare professionals as they begin their journey on our app, ensuring they feel confident and prepared to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 60 targeted outbound calls daily to app users.
• Host around 5 pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations each day.
• Send follow-up emails and texts to address questions and facilitate worker onboarding.
• Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
• Maintain clear documentation of all interactions.
• Identify and report on pain points and opportunities for improving the worker experience.
• Act as a trusted guide to help professionals feel confident and ready for their first shift.

Requirements

• Enjoy talking to people, helping them succeed, and solving challenges.
• Comfortable making calls in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment and building rapport quickly.
• Clear and professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Organized, able to follow through on tasks, and detail-oriented.
• Curious, resourceful, and adept at identifying the root cause of problems.
• Quick learner with new systems and tools.
• Observant, able to recognize pain points and opportunities, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
• Able to work weekdays within US Eastern Time.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting.
