OTC Analyst

About the Role

Join our Finance Operations team as an OTC Analyst, where you will own the Order-to-Cash cycle for your portfolio, ensuring accurate billing and a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle for a portfolio of 100 to 200 accounts.
• Issue accurate, timely invoices with complete documentation.
• Proactively manage collections and reduce overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
• Ensure subscription setups and recurring billing are accurate.
• Maintain clean Accounts Receivable records.
• Identify recurring billing issues and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as the finance point of contact for account billing health.
• Leverage AI tools within ERP and CRM systems to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
• Familiarity with SaaS billing models and recurring revenue logic.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work US timezone hours.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy standards.
• Structured problem-solving mindset.
• Comfort using AI tools to support communication and analysis.
• Ability to manage high volumes of follow-ups and tasks independently.
