Outbound Sales Development Representative

Join Fleetio as an Outbound Sales Development Representative and be the crucial first impression for prospective customers in the dynamic fleet management software industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound lead generation by researching, contacting, and engaging prospective customers via cold calling, email, and social outreach.
• Identify and qualify prospect accounts to understand their business needs and educate them on Fleetio's solutions.
• Develop detailed lead profiles in Salesforce and create qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.
• Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives and assist in strategic efforts to drive ARR growth.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Outbound sales, preferably as an SDR or AE.
• Self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic and a resilient, fearless, and persistent approach.
• Coachable, eager to learn, and a strong team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is preferred.
• SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
