Partner Solutions Engineer

About the Role

This exciting role as a Partner Solutions Engineer offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact our global partner ecosystem by providing technical expertise and enablement. You will be instrumental in driving partner success, sitting at the intersection of sales, engineering, and training in a high-growth, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, guiding them through the adoption and implementation of Grafana Labs solutions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive technical education and enablement programs for partners.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and training teams to support various partner motions, including direct sales and co-selling models.
• Assist partners with pre-sales technical activities, solution architecture, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Foster strong technical relationships with partners to ensure their ongoing success and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or partner-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, or tracing technologies (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and open-source technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
