Partner Solutions Engineer

About the Role

As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, enabling our partners to succeed through education, technical enablement, and strategic engagement. This role is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of sales and engineering, helping to scale our global partner ecosystem in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Channel and Field Sales teams to convey Grafana’s technical strategy and value proposition.
• Lead technical engagements, including product demos, presentations, and hands-on enablement sessions.
• Drive deal progression by providing technical expertise and supporting various selling motions like Sell-To, Embedded, and PoweredBy.
• Expand the reach of Grafana Partner University and provide product feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution architecture, preferably within the observability space.
• Strong experience selling SaaS software and familiarity with qualification frameworks like MEDDIC.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to operate effectively in a remote, global team.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to support partner engagements.

Nice-to-Haves

• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
• Practical experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
• Background working in open-source-first organizations.
