Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, program management, or a similar coordination role, preferably within a partnerships or business development context.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
