• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize existing payment partnerships, fostering strong relationships and driving performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to integrate new payment solutions and ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our payment offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role within the payments industry.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, gateways, and various payment methods (e.g., fiat, crypto, local payment schemes).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Europe or the United Kingdom.
