Payroll and HR Administrator

About the Role

This remote Payroll and HR Administrator role is vital for ensuring the seamless operation of our payroll processes and providing essential administrative support across key HR functions, directly impacting our employee experience and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing, assisting with accurate and timely data entry for hours, deductions, and employee changes.
• Utilize UKG Pro (or similar UKG platform) to perform administrative duties such as updating employee records, managing time-off balances, and ensuring data integrity.
• Troubleshoot common payroll or system-related issues and errors within the UKG platform, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Generate and distribute standard reports (e.g., headcount, hours worked, turnover) from UKG for management, HR, and finance teams.
• Assist in maintaining internal documentation for payroll processes and UKG system procedures.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for various human resources functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Proficiency in using UKG Pro or a similar UKG platform for HR and payroll functions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
