Payroll Associate

About the Role

Join our team as a Payroll Associate specializing in Mexico operations, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our employees. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global team and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees in Mexico, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Mexican labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare payroll reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience processing payroll specifically for Mexico, demonstrating strong knowledge of local regulations.
• Familiarity with Mexican labor law (LSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, etc.) and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and verbal, to effectively communicate with employees and authorities.

• Experience with global payroll platforms or a rapidly growing international company.
• A background in accounting or finance.
