About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients in Austria, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead or support the implementation of new payroll systems and processes specifically for the Austrian market.
• Ensure strict compliance with Austrian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather necessary payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Stay updated on changes in Austrian payroll legislation and adapt processes accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Associate or similar role with a strong focus on Austrian payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law, income tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Experience with payroll software and systems, ideally in an implementation or migration context.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal, is highly preferred for this Austria-specific role.
