Payroll Associate, Belgium

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Associate, where you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for our Belgium operations. This position is vital for delivering a seamless and reliable experience for our global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees in Belgium, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with Belgium's local payroll laws, social security regulations, and tax requirements.
• Reconcile payroll data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure integrated and compliant processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in processing payroll specifically for Belgium.
• In-depth knowledge of Belgium's social security, tax, and labor legislation related to payroll.
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems; experience with global payroll platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Nice-to-Haves

• Fluency in French or Dutch.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, or rapidly scaling environment.
• Familiarity with remote work payroll challenges and solutions.
