About the Role

Join our dynamic global team as a Payroll Associate, where you will be instrumental in managing and executing payroll operations specifically for our employees in Poland. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Polish payroll regulations within a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees in Poland, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with Polish labor law, social security regulations, and tax requirements.
• Manage payroll data entry, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits deductions.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare relevant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits in Poland.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless payroll processes and compliance updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) in processing payroll specifically for Poland.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law, social security contributions (ZUS), and personal income tax (PIT).
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems; experience with global payroll platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting.
• Fluent in both Polish and English, with excellent communication skills.

• Experience with international payroll processes or global employment platforms.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in payroll or accounting.
