Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees based in Greece, ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data, including timesheets, benefits, and deductions.
• Prepare and submit all necessary payroll reports and tax filings to relevant authorities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
• Maintain meticulous payroll records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) as a Payroll Associate or in a similar payroll processing role, specifically with Greek payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Greek labor law, social security contributions, and income tax regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, remote position, requiring the successful candidate to be based in Greece.
