Payroll Associate, Ireland Payroll

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Associate focusing on Ireland, where you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for our clients and employees. This position is vital for delivering a seamless and reliable global payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage end-to-end payroll for Ireland, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and clients, providing clear and helpful information.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and finance, to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end payroll closing activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Associate, specifically with Ireland payroll.
• Strong understanding of Irish payroll laws, PAYE, PRSI, and USC.
• Proficiency in using payroll software and systems; experience with global payroll platforms is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and practices.
• Additional experience with other EMEA payrolls.
