About the Role

Join our dynamic global team as a Payroll Associate, specializing in German payroll management. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and compliant compensation for our employees, contributing directly to a positive employee experience within an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for German employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German tax, social security, and labor laws to ensure full compliance.
• Reconcile payroll data and prepare relevant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to streamline payroll processes and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Associate with a strong focus on German payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll regulations, including tax, social security, and labor law.
• Proficiency in payroll software and strong Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Relevant professional certifications in payroll or accounting.
