Responsibilities

• Process and manage end-to-end payroll for employees in Croatia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Croatian payroll legislation, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Reconcile payroll data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and clients, providing clear and helpful information.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and improve processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Associate or similar role, with specific expertise in Croatian payroll.
• Strong understanding of Croatian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
