In this role, you will be at the forefront of the global work revolution, tackling complex challenges that impact millions of people's working lives by developing and delivering critical payroll enablement programs.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of core global Payroll enablement programs.\n- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define, develop, and deliver high-impact enablement programs.\n- Set clear responsibilities and expectations for program stakeholders and provide continuous feedback.\n- Develop blended training programs, including remote content delivery and e-learning.\n- Define and track program milestones and KPIs, providing timely reporting.\n- Deliver observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes aligned with business needs.\n- Engage with and understand audiences to ensure programs meet their ongoing needs.\n- Support and liaise with individual product operations managers to align with the larger strategic vision for your teams.\n\n### Requirements\n- 3+ years of experience in an enablement, training, or program management role.\n- Minimum two years of experience working in a payroll-focused role (e.g., Payroll Manager, Payroll Implementation, Payroll Enablement), demonstrating a keen understanding of the payroll audience.\n- Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and development.\n- Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage dynamic demands under deadlines.\n- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of quickly building rapport and trust, and motivating others.\n- A clear communicator, speaker, and presenter, fluent in English.\n- Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment.\n- Demonstrated creative problem-solving and innovative use of resources and tools.\n- Experience working in the fast-paced technology sector.\n- Reliable and conscientious, committed to delivering the best for your team and the company.
