Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll for employees in Serbia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with Serbian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Reconcile payroll data, prepare reports, and handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with HR, finance, and other internal teams to streamline payroll processes.
• Stay updated on changes in Serbian payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Expert, specifically with Serbian payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Serbian labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems; experience with global payroll platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in Serbian and English, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in a fast-paced, globally distributed, or remote work environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with payroll.
