Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for German entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay up-to-date with German tax, social security, and labor law regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all Germany payroll-related inquiries from clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal departments to streamline payroll processes and resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports and declarations to relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Expert with a strong focus on German payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of German payroll legislation, including tax, social security, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
