About the Role

Join our global operations team as a Payroll Expert for the Netherlands, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for our clients. This remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing international company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll for Netherlands employees and clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Ensure full compliance with Dutch payroll laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare relevant reports.
• Collaborate with internal HR, finance, and client success teams to address payroll-related inquiries.
• Stay updated on changes in Dutch payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Expert, with a strong focus on Netherlands payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law, tax regulations, and social security schemes.
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems (e.g., Exact, AFAS, ADP).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with global payroll platforms or Employer of Record (EOR) models.
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, or startup environment.
