About the Role

This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of Swedish payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for our clients and their employees. You will be instrumental in delivering seamless international payroll services within a rapidly expanding global company.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and manage Swedish payroll for a diverse client base.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Swedish payroll laws, tax regulations, and social contributions.
• Reconcile payroll data, identify discrepancies, and implement timely resolutions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding Swedish payroll inquiries.
• Proactively monitor and adapt to changes in Swedish payroll legislation and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Expert with a strong focus on Swedish payroll.
• In-depth understanding of Swedish tax laws, social security contributions, and labor regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems, demonstrating strong technical aptitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all payroll processes.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with global payroll platforms or EOR (Employer of Record) services.
• Relevant professional payroll certifications (e.g., from a Swedish payroll association).
