About the Role

Join our team as a Payroll Expert, focusing on USA Payroll Operations, to ensure seamless and compliant payroll processing for our clients' US-based workforce. This remote role is crucial in supporting our mission to unlock global opportunities by providing reliable payroll services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Reconcile payroll data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Process new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation, benefits, and deductions.
• Respond to and resolve payroll-related inquiries from clients and employees efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and finance, to streamline payroll operations and improve processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Expert, with a strong focus on US payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll laws, taxes, and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote work environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with global payroll platforms or Employer of Record (EOR) models.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll processing.
