About the Role

Join our team as a Payroll Expert specializing in Switzerland, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations for our clients and internal teams. This remote, full-time position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll for employees in Switzerland, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant Swiss labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Swiss payroll, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Stay informed about changes in Swiss payroll legislation and implement necessary updates to processes and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Swiss payroll, including comprehensive knowledge of local regulations.
• In-depth understanding of Swiss social security, tax, and labor law.
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems; experience with global payroll platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in German, French, or Italian being highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Relevant professional certification in Swiss payroll (e.g., Payroll Specialist).
• Experience working within a global HR or payroll technology company.
• Familiarity with Deel or similar global payroll solutions.
