About the Role

As a Payroll Implementation Manager specializing in Argentina, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the seamless integration of Deel's global payroll platform. This remote, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact our mission of enabling compliant and efficient global hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll implementation lifecycle for clients in Argentina.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Argentine payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security contributions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the Deel platform, and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide training and support to clients during and after the implementation phase.
• Ensure all implementations adhere to local compliance standards and best practices.
• Work closely with internal product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation or payroll management, specifically with Argentine payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Argentine labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
