About the Role

Join our team as a Temporary Payroll Implementation Manager in Italy, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding clients through the seamless setup and integration of our global payroll platform. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Italian payroll and project management to ensure successful client onboarding in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Deel's payroll solutions for clients, focusing on the Italian market.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery of payroll implementations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the platform, and ensure accurate data migration.
• Provide expert guidance on Italian payroll regulations and compliance during the implementation process.
• Conduct client training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the Deel platform.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in payroll implementation or a similar client-facing project management role within the payroll sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, temporary capacity.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with SaaS platform implementations, particularly in HR or payroll technology.
• Prior experience working with global or multi-country payroll solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
