About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of payroll implementation projects for clients operating in Slovakia.
• Configure, test, and deploy payroll systems, ensuring compliance with Slovakian labor laws and tax regulations.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and resolve implementation challenges.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on new payroll systems and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in payroll implementation, with a strong focus on the Slovakian market.
• In-depth knowledge of Slovakian payroll legislation, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with global payroll platforms or HRIS systems.
• Fluency in the Slovak language.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or payroll.
