We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the successful setup and configuration of payroll systems specifically for the Czech Republic market. This remote, full-time role is pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve seamless payroll operations and compliance, making a direct impact on their global expansion efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for payroll solutions, with a focus on Czech Republic-specific requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure accurate data migration.
- Provide expert guidance on Czech Republic payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security contributions.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on new payroll systems and processes.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges, ensuring timely project completion and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll implementation or a similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Czech Republic payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and local compliance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust.
- Fluency in both Czech and English is essential for effective communication with local clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

- Experience with global payroll platforms or HRIS systems.
- Background in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
