This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in German payroll regulations and project management to empower businesses worldwide.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of payroll solutions for new clients, specifically those operating in Germany.\n- Configure and test payroll systems to ensure compliance with German labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.\n- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing expert guidance and support.\n- Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and sales teams to resolve issues and optimize the client onboarding experience.\n- Conduct client training sessions to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the payroll platform.\n\n### Requirements\n- Demonstrable experience in payroll implementation or a similar client-facing payroll role, with a strong emphasis on German payroll.\n- In-depth knowledge of German payroll legislation, tax codes, and social security contributions.\n- Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.\n- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.\n- Fluency in both German and English is essential.\n- Experience with HRIS or global payroll software platforms.\n\n### Work Arrangement\nThis is a full-time, remote position based in Germany or Spain.
