About the Role

Join our team as a Payroll Implementation Manager for a temporary role in Austria, where you will be instrumental in setting up and optimizing payroll systems for our global clients, ensuring seamless and compliant operations. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of payroll solutions for clients in Austria.
• Configure and test payroll systems to meet client-specific requirements and adhere to Austrian legal and tax regulations.
• Provide expert consultation on Austrian payroll laws, social security contributions, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Conduct client training sessions and offer ongoing support during the post-implementation phase.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in payroll implementation, payroll management, or a similar role with a strong focus on Austrian payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law, social security, and income tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software configuration, data migration, and system integration.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage a temporary contract.

• Experience with global payroll platforms or HRIS systems.
• Professional certification in payroll (e.g., Austrian Payroll Specialist) or project management.
• Background working in a fast-paced Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
