• Manage the full lifecycle of payroll implementation projects for clients operating in Japan.
• Configure and customize payroll systems to align with specific client needs and Japanese regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and training to clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new payroll solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Japanese labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in payroll implementation, with a strong focus on the Japanese market.
• In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance systems.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and client communication skills.
• Professional fluency in both Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
