Payroll Implementation Manager

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Implementation Manager, focusing on Chile, to drive successful onboarding for clients leveraging our global HR and payroll platform. This remote, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless payroll operations and compliance for businesses expanding their global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for clients in Chile, ensuring timely and accurate setup.
• Configure and customize the payroll platform to meet specific Chilean regulatory and client operational requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing expert guidance and support.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to resolve challenges and optimize processes.
• Conduct comprehensive client training sessions on platform usage and best practices for Chilean payroll management.
• Manage data migration, system testing, and go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in payroll implementation or payroll management, with a strong focus on Chilean payroll regulations.
• Demonstrated project management skills, capable of leading multiple implementations simultaneously and delivering on schedule.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with HRIS or global payroll SaaS platforms and their implementation cycles.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
