Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of payroll solutions for clients in France.
• Configure and test payroll systems to meet specific client requirements and French legal standards.
• Provide expert consultation on French payroll processes, tax regulations, and social contributions.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal sales, product, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on new payroll system functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in payroll implementation or a similar role, with a strong focus on French payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of French labor law, social security contributions, and tax regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
