Payroll Implementation Manager

About the Role

Lead the successful implementation of payroll solutions specifically for the Swedish market, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of payroll implementation projects for Swedish clients.
• Configure, test, and deploy payroll systems according to local regulations and client needs.
• Provide expert consultation on Swedish payroll processes, tax, and social contributions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation or a similar role, with a focus on Sweden.
• Deep knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation, including tax, social security, and labor laws.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with global payroll platforms or HRIS systems.
• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken).
