Payroll Implementation Manager

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Implementation Manager, focusing on the United Arab Emirates market. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through seamless payroll system implementations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for clients, with a specific focus on UAE payroll regulations and processes.
• Configure and customize payroll systems to meet client-specific requirements and ensure accurate data migration.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for payroll management and compliance in the UAE.
• Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and support teams to resolve technical issues and enhance the platform.
• Conduct client training sessions to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the payroll platform.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation or a similar client-facing project management role.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE payroll laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with global payroll systems or HRIS platforms.
• Background in SaaS implementation or HR technology.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
