About the Role

Join our team as a Payroll Implementation Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the successful implementation of payroll solutions, with a specific focus on the Netherlands. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless transitions and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of payroll systems for clients in the Netherlands.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure data migration accuracy.
• Provide expert consultation on Netherlands payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and provide ongoing support during the post-implementation phase.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to optimize the implementation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation, with a strong emphasis on Netherlands payroll.
• Solid understanding of Dutch labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
