About the Role

Join our team as a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the setup of payroll systems for our clients in Germany, ensuring seamless and compliant transitions in a temporary, remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of payroll solutions for clients operating in Germany.
• Configure and customize payroll systems to align with specific client needs and German regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party providers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including training and go-live assistance.
• Ensure all payroll implementations adhere strictly to German labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation, with a strong focus on the German market.
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll legislation, tax laws, and social security systems.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
