Payroll Implementation Manager

About the Role

Join Deel as a Payroll Implementation Manager, a pivotal remote, full-time role focused on Spain. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the seamless integration of our cutting-edge global payroll platform, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations across Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll implementation projects for new and existing clients in Spain.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the Deel platform, and ensure successful data migration.
• Provide expert guidance on Spanish payroll regulations and best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges, ensuring timely and successful project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation, with a strong focus on the Spanish market.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law, social security contributions, and payroll tax regulations.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time environment.

• Experience with global payroll platforms or HRIS systems.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or payroll.
