About the Role

Join our team as a temporary, remote Payroll Implementation Manager in Turkey, where you will be instrumental in setting up and optimizing payroll systems for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Turkish payroll regulations and project management to ensure seamless transitions and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll implementation projects for clients in Turkey.
• Configure and customize payroll systems to meet specific client requirements and local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all Turkish labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Provide expert guidance and training to clients on new payroll processes and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, support) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation or a similar role, specifically within Turkey.
• In-depth knowledge of Turkish payroll legislation, tax laws, and social security regulations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Turkish and English is essential.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
