Payroll Implementation Manager

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Implementation Manager for a temporary, remote role based in Sweden. You will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless payroll system transitions for our global clients, directly impacting how businesses manage their international workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for clients in Sweden, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Gather and analyze client payroll requirements, translating them into system configurations.
• Configure and test payroll systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client specifications.
• Provide expert guidance and training to clients on new payroll processes and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, support) to resolve implementation challenges.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation or payroll management, specifically within the Swedish market.
• Strong understanding of Swedish payroll laws, regulations, and tax compliance.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
