Payroll Implementation Manager

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Implementation Manager, where you will lead the successful setup and configuration of payroll solutions for clients in Croatia. This exciting full-time remote role is crucial for ensuring seamless transitions and operational excellence for our global clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of payroll implementation projects for Croatian clients, from discovery to go-live.
• Configure and customize payroll systems to align with client-specific requirements and local Croatian regulations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Croatian payroll laws, taxes, and social contributions.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues and enhance the implementation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll implementation or payroll management, specifically with Croatian payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Croatian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in both Croatian and English is essential.
• Ability to work independently in a full-time remote capacity from Croatia.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with global payroll platforms or HRIS systems.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Certifications in payroll or project management.
